Rhea Lewis Marshall

Rhea Lewis Marshall is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications and stakeholder engagement within the energy sector. Currently serving as Director of Corporate Communications at Exelon since May 2023, Rhea develops strategic integrated communications programs to position the company as a leader in energy transformation and community empowerment. Previously, Rhea was Director of Communications at Pepco Holdings, where efforts focused on reputation management and community impact, and held various roles at Exelon that included Senior Manager of Internal Communications and Manager of External Communications. Rhea began her career at Baltimore Gas & Electric, AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, and the University of Pennsylvania, where Rhea directed communications initiatives and established impactful messaging strategies. Rhea holds a Master's degree in Communication from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Professional Writing from The College of New Jersey.
