Tanika Davis

Tanika (White) Davis is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communication, engagement, and workforce development. Currently serving as Director of Executive Engagement and Director of Workforce Development at Exelon since July 2020, Tanika has demonstrated expertise in communications strategy, media relations, and stakeholder engagement, complemented by a background in journalism. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Strategic Communications at Exelon and various communication leadership positions at Constellation and The Hatcher Group, where strategic communications for nonprofit clients were managed. Tanika began a career in journalism at The Baltimore Sun and The Kansas City Star, providing reporting on education and community issues. A graduate of Howard University with a Bachelor's degree in Print Journalism, Tanika combines a passion for effective communication with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
