Tracey Parker Williams

Tracey Parker Williams is an accomplished IT Director with extensive experience in strategic planning, financial management, and governance within the technology sector. Currently serving as IT Director for Finance & Supply Applications at Exelon since May 2012, Tracey oversees the I&O strategic planning program and manages substantial annual budgets totaling approximately $185 million. Prior to Exelon, roles at Constellation included IT Strategy & Planning, where responsibilities encompassed executive-level IT financial reporting and project management oversight. Additionally, as Director of the Enterprise Sourcing Office, Tracey developed governance structures for outsourcing and led change management initiatives. Earlier experience at Accenture involved consulting for energy industry clients on financial processes and system implementations. Tracey holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Kalamazoo College.
