Stephanie Shaffer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stephanie worked as a Project Manager and Sales Team Lead at Almo Professional A/V, where they mentored and trained team members, handled order entry and delivery issues, and resolved customer disputes. Stephanie also worked as a Commercial Account Manager at Cable ConneXions, where they managed new commercial business accounts and provided customer support. In addition, they were an Account Executive at Ics Security, managing existing accounts and generating new business. Stephanie's experience also includes working as a Project Coordinator at Dejana Industries, where they assisted the production team with customer service and managed operations and manufacturing processes.

Stephanie started their academic journey at the Community College of Baltimore County in 2012, specializing in Business/Corporate Communications. After that, they attended Kaplan University from 2013 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Communication of Public Science.
