Haley Standridge

Haley Standridge is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Exeter Finance since July 2022, Haley previously held roles including HR Business Partner at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice and HR Generalist II. Prior to that, Haley worked as a Workforce Analyst III at Mitchell International and held a managerial position in operations at One Call, where responsibilities included overseeing cross-functional teams and driving process improvements. Haley's earlier career includes customer care and retail management roles at Spreemo Health and Nordstrom, where skills in staff recruitment, customer service, and performance enhancement were developed. Haley earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Texas A&M University in 2014.
