Jennifer Dalcour

Jennifer Dalcour has extensive experience in vendor management and customer service, currently serving as the Vendor Support Manager at Exeter Finance since November 2018. Prior roles include Repossession/Vendor Manager at Skopos Financial from March 2015 to November 2018, where Jennifer managed relationships with repossession vendors and implemented process automation. Prior to that, as a Customer Service Manager and Vendor Oversight Manager at Santander Consumer USA Inc. from March 2006 to June 2014, Jennifer oversaw training and compliance within the customer service team while also managing vendor relationships. Jennifer holds a degree from New Mexico State University, completed between 1993 and 1996.
