Michelle Esselman is a seasoned professional in account management and payment processing, currently serving as the Director of Account Maintenance & Payment Processing at Exeter Finance since June 2017. Previously, Michelle held the position of Remediation Manager at Innovate Auto Finance from July 2014 to May 2017, where responsibilities included managing client portfolios, overseeing collections, and conducting client meetings. Prior to that, Michelle was an Account Representative Supervisor at GM Financial for over a decade, managing a large team of collection representatives and providing training and support. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Western Governors University and an Associate of Arts degree from Tarrant County College.
