Santanu Goswami has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as the Group Head of Human Resource & Administration at EPIC Designers Ltd since July 2014, where responsibilities include mentoring unit HR & Administration heads. Prior to this, Santanu held the position of Sr. Manager at Exide Industries Limited, overseeing HR/IR, Personnel & Administration, and legal functions since July 2009. From July 2010 to June 2014, Santanu was the Head of Human Resource & Administration at BRANDIX CASUALWEAR BANGLADESH LTD., managing all HR and administrative functions in a newly established apparel factory. Before that role, Santanu served as General Manager for Human Resource & Administration at Nor Pearl Knitwear Ltd from 2007 to 2009. Educational qualifications include a PGDSW in Personnel Management from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management and an L.LB in Legal Professions and Studies from the University of Calcutta.
