Tyler Donaldson

Tyler Donaldson is an experienced operations manager with a diverse background in manufacturing and project management. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at Exide Technologies since July 2017, Tyler has previously held significant roles including Senior Process Engineer and Manufacturing Area Manager at Johnson Controls, where responsibilities included strategic planning and oversight of multiple manufacturing departments with a large union workforce. Tyler co-founded Donaldson Innovations, managing business operations and marketing, and has also contributed to The University of Toledo as a Project Manager and Graduate Assistant. Educational qualifications include an MBA focused on Operations Management and Leadership from The University of Toledo, complemented by a BA in Religious Studies with dual minors in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship.
