Ben Wilson

Ben Wilson has extensive experience in learning and development operations, currently serving as the Head of Learning & Development Operations at Exiger since September 2020. Prior to this role, Ben held various positions at Navigant from January 2015 to April 2020, including Senior Associate in Learning, Training & Talent Development, Senior Organizational Development Specialist, and Manager, where responsibilities included billing coordination and innovation strategy. Ben began a career in real estate as a Real Estate Analyst at Spring Lake Capital from October 2013 to January 2015, focusing on property rehabilitation and value assessment. Educationally, Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Columbia College Chicago, obtained between 2012 and 2014.
