Daniela Dragoi

Daniela Dragoi serves as Vice President for Talent & Culture in both the EMEA and APAC regions at Exiger, where responsibilities include regional and global talent strategy within Global Shared Services since March 2020. With extensive experience in talent management, Daniela previously held key roles at BNP Paribas Personal Finance as Central and Eastern Europe Talent and Career Manager, contributing to the launch of a Regional HR Centre of Excellence, and spent over a decade at UniCredit Bank Romania in various strategic HR positions, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Prior experience includes personnel management at Bancpost and consultancy for the National House of Pensions, emphasizing expertise in HR compliance, employee engagement, and talent development. Daniela holds a Bachelor's degree in International Law and Legal Studies from The Nicolae Titulescu University of Bucharest.
