Robert Kerr

Robert Kerr is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading technology and product strategy for various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of Government Technology Solutions at Exiger since December 2019, Robert previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Haystax Technology from April 2013 to November 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing R&D, analytics, product development, operations, and IT teams. As a founding member and Chief Technology Officer of Digital Sandbox from December 1998 to April 2013, Robert managed all technical operations. Earlier roles include consultant at Accenture, lead software developer at ITT Systems, and software engineer at J.F. Taylor, where leadership in software development was prominent. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
