Cj Kim

CJ Kim is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial and intellectual property law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Head of Commercial and IP at EXL since December 2020, CJ has held various significant roles including VP and Assistant General Counsel at both EXL and Mastercard, as well as Director and Senior Counsel at RBC Capital Markets. Early in the career, CJ co-founded Airess LLC as General Counsel and worked as an attorney at prestigious firms such as Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and Bortstein Legal Group. CJ holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BA in Political Science with high honors from the University of Virginia.
