Kalpesh Master

Kalpesh Master is a seasoned expert in the Banking and Financial Services consulting sector, currently serving as the Global Head of Consulting at EXL since June 2017, with responsibilities that include business development, P&L management, client relationship management, and leading digital transformation services. Prior to EXL, Kalpesh held the position of Managing Partner at FIS from January 2009 to June 2017, overseeing a global managed services practice that enhanced clients' operational efficiency. Experience also includes serving as Director, Client Partner at Cognizant Technology Solutions from 2002 to 2009, where Kalpesh managed client relationships and business development in the banking sector, and as Vice President at SeraNova from 1998 to 2002, managing complex eBusiness project deliveries. Kalpesh holds a BS in Computer Science from M S University of Baroda and has recently completed a program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in early 2023.
