Alexander Ophoff

Alexander Ophoff is a seasoned finance professional with a comprehensive background in financial management and auditing. Currently serving as a Business Unit Controller and Budget Controller at Exmar since October 2021, Alexander is responsible for gathering, interpreting, analyzing, and reporting financial information while contributing to the organization's financial planning and control. Previously, as a Junior Auditor at EY from September 2019 to October 2021, Alexander honed auditing skills, and earlier founded Brightly Days, a small business that evolved from a learning project to selling sunglasses and personalized sweaters. Alexander's educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Financial Management from KU Leuven, a bridging program in Business Sciences, and a Bachelor's degree in SME Management from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool, complemented by secondary education in the hotel sector.
