Hilberto Ramos MPS currently serves as the Academic Coordinator at Hudson Link for Higher Education in Prison since October 2023, while also holding the position of Senior Case Manager and Reentry Specialist at Exodus Transitional Community, Inc. since June 2022. Previously, Hilberto worked as an Administrative Clerk at New York Theological Seminary from June 2019 to February 2022. Hilberto attained a Master of Professional Studies in Ministry and Pastoral Care and Counseling from New York Theological Seminary in May 2019 and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences from Mercy University in June 2013.

Though grounded in our re-entry programs, we offer a broad spectrum of services for adults and youth affected by the justice system, and we are proud to lead the policy and advocacy efforts that promote positive change in our communities. Whether through direct service or service referrals, our mission is to ensure our participants not only become contributing members of society but also that we meet as many of their daily needs as possible to ensure they succeed and live well.
