Mark Erickson

Mark Erickson is an experienced leader currently serving as the Director of Administration at Exodus World Service since June 2025, where responsibilities include overseeing operations, administration, technology, and HR, while aligning process improvements with organizational goals. Concurrently, Mark serves as an Elder/Pastor at Grace Redeemer Church, involved in leadership and teaching, and played a key role in the merger of two churches in 2023-2024. Previously, Mark held multiple significant positions at Blue Book Services, LLC, including Interim President and Chief Operating Officer, where strategic guidance and operational improvements were a focus, as well as driving revenue growth through innovative projects. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Economics from Wheaton College and a Master's Degree in Business from North Park University.
