Grant Leaverton is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development and asset management within the utility and renewable sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Business Development Manager at Exo since January 2018, Grant focuses on ensuring structural integrity for clients by developing holistic asset management strategies. Prior to Exo, Grant held various roles at AAIR Team, including General Manager, where drone technology was integrated into operations and maintenance for critical infrastructure. Grant's earlier experience includes key positions at Trinity Industries, where roles spanned from Operations Manager to Contract Manager, managing projects and sales, and at Poly-America, LP as a Planner. Grant holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Management from the SMU Cox School of Business.
