Sumithra Sivaramakrishnan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience, HR, and business operations. Currently serving as Senior Director at Exotel since August 2018, Sumithra has successfully established and scaled the HR functions, supporting rapid company growth from 120 to over 300 staff within a year. Prior to this role, Sumithra headed the Customer Experience team at Exotel, enhancing customer engagement through innovative support channels. With previous positions at Partnership, UK Power Networks, Hewlett-Packard, Frost & Sullivan, and Ensim India Pvt. Ltd., Sumithra has developed expertise in customer insights, market research, and strategic analysis. Sumithra holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
