Carlos Martínez Gadea

Carlos Martínez Gadea is an experienced Software Engineering Manager currently leading the Growth engineering team at Exoticca, overseeing six engineers and ensuring project delivery and alignment within the Technology department. Previous roles include Backend Chapter Lead and Software Engineer at Exoticca, where mentoring and collaborative efforts with approximately 30 backend engineers were prominent.
