Matthew Nissen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Matthew started their career as a Risk Management Intern at Wells Fargo in 2011. Later, they worked at CAPITAL Services, where they held various roles including Operations Analyst, Statistician Intern, Data Scientist I, Senior Data Scientist, Business Planning Manager, and Operations Risk Manager. During this time, they gained expertise in data analysis and risk management. In 2022, Matthew joined Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield as a Senior Analytics Consultant - Data Scientist. Matthew then moved on to Expansion Capital Group, where they currently serve as an Analytics Manager.
Matthew Nissen earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics (Statistics) and Economics from South Dakota State University, where they attended from 2008 to 2012. Matthew then pursued a Master's degree in Statistics at the same university from 2013 to 2014.
