John Begeman

John Begeman is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and security architecture. Currently serving as Chief Architect and Director of Engineering at Expel since September 2016, John previously held the position of Senior Staff Software Engineer at FireEye, Inc. from January 2012 to September 2016, contributing significantly to the success of Mandiant’s Managed Incident Response Service. Prior roles include Software Engineer at Mandiant, Senior Software Developer at Lofty, and Senior Security Engineer at Symantec, where John specialized in security monitoring and automation. John Begeman began his career as a Support Engineer at P4 Performance. John holds a degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
