Matt Jastram

Matt Jastram is a Senior Vulnerability Management Analyst at Expel since December 2022, with extensive experience in cybersecurity and risk management. Prior to this role, Matt worked at Portland General Electric from August 2008 to September 2022, serving as Information Risk Management (IRM) Manager, where responsibilities included managing a team of twelve full-time employees to mitigate enterprise cybersecurity risks across various domains, including IT, Cloud, OT systems, and third-party vendor risks. Additional roles at Portland General Electric included Manager and Supervisor of Compliance & Cyber Security within the Engineering Department, as well as Generation Compliance Analyst and Specialist. Matt also served as Chair of the Western Interconnection Compliance Forum from January 2012 to January 2015. Matt Jastram holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Elementary Education and Teaching from George Fox University.
