Mariana Pinheiro

Mariana Pinheiro was appointed CEO, Experian EMEA and Asia Pacific in April 2025. She joined Experian in 2013 and has held several leadership roles since then, including overseeing Decision Analytics and Marketing Services in Brazil. Most recently, she served as Managing Director of Experian Spanish Latin America.

Prior to Experian, Mariana served as Executive Director at Visa Brazil and held senior roles at Redecard, a leading merchant acquiring company in Brazil, where she focused on sales, business development, and marketing. She began her career at Credicard.

Mariana holds an Executive MBA with honours from Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and a degree in Computer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
