Thomas Brachel has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Thomas started their career as a Consultant at PwC Consulting in 2000 and later joined IBM Global Business Services as a Consultant in 2004. In 2005, they became a Senior Advisor at Statskonsult AS before moving on to Ciber in 2007. At Ciber, they served as the Chief Practice Manager and later as the Director of Business Consulting and SAP. In 2016, they joined Experis Norway as the Business Unit Director and concurrently held the role of Avdelingsleder Rådgivning until 2021.
Thomas Brachel attended the University of Oslo (UiO) from 1989 to 1996, where they completed a degree in Political Science (Cand.polit). In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the PROSCI Change Management Practitioner certification from Stretch Norge AS in November 2020, the MSP certification in June 2015, the Prince 2 Practitioner certification in December 2012, and the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2012.
