Dr. Rohith Kumar Reddy

Dr. Rohith Kumar Reddy currently serves as the Head of HR Training & Development at Expertrons since April 2021. Prior to this role, Dr. Reddy worked at CareerLabs from December 2018 to April 2021 as an L&D Marketing Speaker and Sales Trainer, where multiple responsibilities included marketing speaking and sales training management. In late 2018, Dr. Reddy briefly held the position of Sales Training Manager at Hero Mindmine, successfully leading a government project aimed at training sales teams across Andhra and Telangana for HPCL and NPCI. Between January 2017 and December 2018, Dr. Reddy was an L&D Associate at BYJU'S, contributing to the strategy and execution of initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
