Sanjay Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sanjay most recently served as the Director of Business Development at Exponentia.ai and NixInfinity-AI, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they founded their own company, Sanjay Kumar -The Data Guy, and held the position of Chief Executive Officer.

In 2022, Sanjay joined HM Revenue & Customs as a Director, leading the design and delivery of the Information Governance Framework (IGF) Target Operating Model (TOM). Sanjay worked on developing the strategic direction and program for data management.
