Adam Kirkwood has over 18 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Client Service Delivery Manager at Exponential-e since January 2020, Adam is responsible for overseeing client service delivery and managing incidents. Prior to this role, Adam worked at Alternative Networks (part of Daisy Group) from August 2007 to December 2019 as a Service Desk Manager, where responsibilities included managing a large service desk team, handling incident management, and ensuring service quality. Adam previously held positions as a Senior Technical Support for Fixed Line and a 2nd Line Support Engineer at Fujitsu from November 2004 to July 2007, gaining extensive experience in technical support and customer service. Adam holds an AVCE in ICT from Mid Cheshire College, obtained between 2002 and 2004.
