Tanya Pinchuk has had a diverse range of work experiences. Tanya co-founded ExpoPlatform in 2013 and served as the CEO, overseeing the development of an AI-powered matchmaking and networking platform for events. In 2014, they became the Exhibition Director at WePlay Convention, managing gaming exhibitions in Kiev and Dubai and organizing online championship finals and B2B conferences. Tanya also worked as a Regional Director at Modular Glass Systems from 2013 to 2014, where they oversaw the management of modular equipment for various events and facilitated the operation of multiple offices and warehouses globally. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2012, Tanya held multiple roles at the International Exhibition Centre, including VP of Products, where they managed venue operations, organized events, and developed the business to become a leading company in the market. Tanya also served as the Head of Production and Marketing Department and began their career at the company as an Economist.

Tanya Pinchuk completed their A-Levels in Economics at Liceum of Economics. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Corporate Finance at Kiev National University of Economics from 1999 to 2004.
