Evangeline Koomson

Evangeline Koomson is a dedicated customer support professional with a strong background in marketing and management. Currently serving as a Customer Support Associate at expressPay Ghana Limited since March 2022, Koomson has previously held positions such as Customer Service and Sales Associate at Cedar Coco Ghana Limited and Client Service Personnel at Old Mutual Ghana, where responsibilities included customer service consulting and social media management. Additional experience includes acting as a Brand Ambassador for L'Oréal and working as a Customer Service Representative at Stanbic Bank Ghana. Koomson holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Diploma in Marketing from the University of Professional Studies Accra.
