Rufat Murshudlu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and credit operations. Currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer and Head of the Internal Control Department at Expressbank ASC since September 2010, Rufat has been instrumental in ensuring compliance with internal policies and legislative requirements, as well as developing and implementing internal procedures for various banking operations. Prior to this role, Rufat held several positions related to credit management at Parabank JSC and worked as an Outsourcing Lawyer at FSF lower company. Rufat's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in State Regulation of the Economy and Legal Regulation of the Economy from Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), completed between 2000 and 2004.
