Rufat Naghiyev has over 25 years of experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Head of the Internal Audit Department at Expressbank since October 2010. Prior to this role, Rufat held the position of Head of Internal Audit Department at Parabank JSC from October 2005 to October 2010. Rufat began a career in the industry at Premium Bank OJSC (SWBank/AZAL BANK), where from May 1995 to July 2004, roles included Deputy CEO and Chief Accounting Officer. Rufat holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance with a focus on Audit from the State University of Economics in Baku, Azerbaijan, attained between 1991 and 1997.

Expressbank

The bank has installed about 70 ATMs across the country, 3500 POS-terminals and 700 payment terminals ExpressPay.
