Toni Forrest

Toni Forrest, MS, CPTD, is an experienced professional in change management and training, currently serving as an Independent Senior Change Management Consultant at Expressworks International since 2019. Previous roles include IT Training Manager at MD Anderson Cancer Center from 2016 to 2019, Project Manager and Independent Senior Learning Consultant at Global Learning and Performance Group in 2015-2016, and Learning Development Specialist at ConocoPhillips from 2008 to 2015. Toni also held leadership positions as Managing Partner at Global Learning and Performance Group from 2003 to 2008, Director of the Houston Client Solutions Team at Synaptis from 2002 to 2004, and Senior HRIS Manager at Enron from 1998 to 2002.
