Tracy Pearson

Tracy Pearson is a Consulting Partner at Expressworks International, providing change management support to a major oil and gas company since November 2021. With extensive experience in creative communications from a 22-year tenure at Chevron, Tracy transformed the creative services group into a full-fledged agency and facilitated the Learning & Development Community of Practice, enhancing training capabilities across the organization. Additionally, Tracy has worked as an audiobook narrator and producer since 2020, and has a diverse background in freelance writing and web development dating back to 1995. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Business and Finance from Tulane University, graduate studies in Mass Communication from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from UC Irvine.
