Jimmy Ovelgonne has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. Jimmy is currently working as a Lead Engineer at Expro since October 2021. Prior to this, they were a Sr. Design Engineer at Frank's International N.V. from August 2018 to October 2021. Jimmy also worked as an Industrial Engineer at UPS from 2016 to August 2018. Before that, they had extensive experience at Baker Hughes, where they served as a Product Champion and a Design Engineer. Jimmy started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Lighthouse R&D Enterprises, Inc. and also worked as a Project Engineer at Allamon Tool Co. throughout their career, they demonstrated expertise in designing, testing, and managing various engineering projects and teams.
Jimmy Ovelgonne attended Purdue University from 2001 to 2006 where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear Engineering. In addition to their degree, they obtained the Basic Offshore Safety Introduction and Emergency Training (BOSIET) certification from OPITO in March 2014.
