Frank Simpkins

Frank Simpkins possesses a robust background in financial management and governance, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chair at Exro Technologies Inc. since July 2023, and as an Advisory Board Member for Anovion Technologies since September 2022.
