Oliver Schwarzer is currently a partner, co-founder and CFO at Extantia. Oliver has over 17 years of experience in the financial industry. Oliver started their career at Deutsche Bank as a proprietary trader in 2001. In 2003, they moved to Hypothekenbank in Essen AG, where they became the deputy head of treasury. In 2008, they were recruited by BBVA to become the head of Debt Capital Markets for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In 2013, they joined HSBC as a debt capital markets originator in the fixed income division.

Oliver Schwarzer is an expert in financial markets and has a proven track record in originating and structuring transactions. Oliver has a deep understanding of the needs of issuers and investors, and has helped clients raise over €100 billion in the capital markets.

Oliver Schwarzer has a Master's degree in Business Administration from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management.
