Patrick ARSAN has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications and IT industry. Patrick started their career as a Consultant Telecom, specializing in mobile terminals for Orange France. Patrick was responsible for piloting tests, coordinating international testing efforts, and resolving anomalies. Patrick then worked as an Ingénieur d'affaires, managing key accounts in the telecom, finance, and energy sectors. Their responsibilities included prospecting for new clients, managing existing accounts, and responding to proposals. In 2012, ARSAN joined Modis as a Responsable d'Agence, where they managed a team of 150 employees, handled client contracts, implemented service offerings, and managed the overall financial performance of the agency. In 2013, they founded their own business unit within EXteam, where they served as the Founder and Director.
Patrick ARSAN earned a Bachelor's degree in Ingénierie des télécommunications from ECE. Ecole d'ingénieurs. Engineering School. Patrick then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Ingénierie des télécommunications from City, University of London.
