Lavernne is a senior housing industry specialist with over 30 years of experience in property development and construction management. Lavernne started her career at Extendicare. Following her time with us, she spent several years with Chartwell as Vice President, Assets and Project Management and she was most recently Vice President, Construction at Amica Senior Lifestyles. Lavernne rejoined us and currently leads the construction projects from design to completion, as well as supporting the engineering team managing the home's maintenance and capital programs.
