Sheelang Oza started working as a Business Analyst at Extentia Information Technology in December 2020. Prior to that, they worked at eSparkBiz Technologies Private Limited from March 2017 to December 2020, where they had the role of Business Analyst & Project Management.

Sheelang Oza attended SVIT, Vasad, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Sheelang Oza has also obtained several certifications. They have been certified as a Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) by Salesforce. They have also obtained a Certification of Capability in Business Analysis™ from the International Institute of Business Analysis™. These certifications were obtained in various months and years, with the most recent being the Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification in March 2023.
