Jeena Khan

Jeena Khan has a diverse and extensive work experience in various technical writing roles. Jeena has worked at ExtraHop since 2015, initially as a Manager of Product Documentation and currently as the Director of Product Documentation. At EMC Isilon, they served as a Principal Technical Writer and later as a Manager of Product Documentation, where they coordinated the production and release of product documentation and managed the daily operations of the Product Documentation team. Prior to that, they worked at Nuance Communications as a Senior Technical Writer, where they planned, wrote, and proofread technical documents. Jeena also worked at Adobe as a Contract Technical Writer, where they updated branding content and built web pages for the IT intranet. Before that, they were a Technical Writer/Content and Production Manager at Rosetta Biosoftware, where they created user documentation and coordinated the production of marketing materials. Jeena began their career at Standby Systems as a Web Developer, designing layouts for corporate customer portal websites. Jeena also worked at Netopia, Inc. as a Network Specialist/Technical Knowledge Editor, where they edited technical documentation and maintained the department's website.

Jeena Khan obtained a Certificate in Technical Communication from the University of Washington in 2003-2004. Prior to that, they earned a B.S. degree in Biology from California State University - East Bay during the period of 1993-1997. Jeena also has an additional certification in Technical Writing from the University of Washington.
