Cristina Tate serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Extreme Networks since March 2019, overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities for a company with over $1 billion in revenue. Prior to this role, Cristina held various senior finance positions at Micro Focus and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where responsibilities included strategic financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for significant business units. Cristina's experience also includes leadership roles in finance functions, such as Chief Accounting Officer and CFO, managing global teams across multiple sectors. An active advocate for women in technology, Cristina has chaired initiatives supporting female professionals and mentorship within the Hispanic community. Cristina holds a B.A. in Economics/Mathematics from UC Santa Barbara.
