Prior to this, John held various leadership roles at Huawei Technologies, including Vice President UK Enterprise Business Group and Sales Director Enterprise, where John guided teams to deliver solutions to UK Enterprise and Public Sector markets. At Cisco Systems, John excelled in positions such as Head of Sales for Emerging Markets and was instrumental in driving new business model opportunities, notably securing contracts valued at over $100 million. Additional experience includes significant roles at Nortel, where John achieved notable sales growth and managed large teams across Europe, and earlier careers at GPT and BT. John holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Aberdeen.
