Matt Cleaver is an experienced financial professional with over 20 years in finance and operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Sales Strategy, Business Development and Operations at Extreme Networks, Matt has also held key roles such as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Interim Chief Financial Officer, where responsibilities included leading financial planning, reporting functions, and managing global finance and internal audit. Prior to this, Matt worked at Cree as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Vice President of Finance, as well as at Dex One and R.H. Donnelley in internal audit positions. Matt began the career at Deloitte & Touche LLP as an Audit Manager and holds a Master of Arts in Accounting from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
