Rob Catron serves as the Vice President of Federal at Extreme Networks since June 2023, overseeing Federal sales strategy, channel leadership, and cross-functional team management to deliver cloud networking capabilities. Previously, Rob held the position of Vice President Public Sector at Medallia from July 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading Global Enterprise Software Sales for the Public Sector and achieving significant revenue growth through strategic talent recruitment and sales planning. Rob has also accumulated extensive experience at Cisco in various capacities, including Strategic Cybersecurity Leader, where management of a $50M defense business and achieving substantial pipeline growth were key achievements. Additional roles at Accenture Services, Forrester, and Dominion Tech further highlight Rob's expertise in sales leadership and business strategy across public sector markets. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Strome College of Business.
