Currently serving as Production Manager at Extrupet Pty LTD since October 2010, Balpreet oversees planning for multiple production plants, including Prewash, Wash, and Extrusion. Prior experience includes roles at Zenith Cape Rollers Pty Ltd, where Balpreet worked as Branch Manager and Production Manager, focusing on production planning and enforcing quality control measures. Earlier experience includes a Production Manager position at Zenith Rollers and Veto Industries in New Delhi, where production targets were consistently achieved. Balpreet holds an SLP in Operational Management from Varsity College and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
