Jim Spencer serves as President & CEO of Exus Renewables North America since October 2023 and as Managing Partner of Exus Management Partners since June 2018, where Jim established the US platform for Exus Global in renewable energy advisory and asset management. Prior to these roles, Jim Spencer founded EverPower in 2002 and led it to a successful exit in 2018, raising over $900 million in capital. Jim Spencer's earlier experience includes various executive roles at Sithe Global Power from 1992 to 2001 and serving as Vice President of Corporate Finance at Prudential Capital Group from 1990 to 1992. Jim Spencer holds degrees from Duquesne University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
