Anax Fotopoulos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and project management, currently serving as the Research and Innovation Manager at EXUS since July 2019. Prior to this, Anax held the position of Project Manager at the European Regional Framework for Co-operation (ERFC) from February 2017 to July 2019, focusing on interregional EU integration and competitiveness. Anax has also contributed as a Technical Advisor and Software Developer at Ingredio between July 2016 and December 2018, working on health-conscious technology solutions. Earlier roles include Chair of the Youth Section Committee at UNESCO and various leadership positions within the IEEE Student Branch TEI Piraeus, alongside research duties at Piraeus University of Applied Sciences. Anax holds an M.Sc. in Information Technologies in Medicine and Biology from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon and a BSc in Electronic Computer Systems Engineering from Technological Education Institute of Piraeus.
