Sandile Bertrum Dlamini has a diverse work experience within Exxaro Resources. Sandile Bertrum started their career in 2012 as a PIT Mining Engineer and progressed to roles such as Inbye Mine Overseer and Outbye Projects, Shift overseer, and Miner. In 2016, they became the Head of In-pit Crushing and Discard systems, where they remained until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Head of Secondary Mining Equipment. Sandile Bertrum then took on the role of Strategic Mine Planning Manager from 2018 to 2019. Following that, they worked as the Digital Value Chain Lead from 2019 to 2021 and then as the Digital and Integration Manager from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are the Lead of Business Optimization at Exxaro Resources.
