Amr El-Bakry

Amr El-Bakry is a distinguished professional in the field of data science and applied mathematics, currently serving as a Senior Data Science and Optimization Principal at ExxonMobil since April 2022. With an extensive background, Amr has held various influential roles, including Vice President for Industry and member of the editorial boards for SIAM News and Mathematics in Industry at the Society of Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM) since 2012. Previous positions include Surveillance and Optimization Advisor at ExxonMobil Upstream Research Company and Senior Research Associate within ExxonMobil's Corporate Strategic Research.
